grinninfooleand still really stupid.
Here's an article about a judge in WA who nullified a divorce because a woman, who was suing for divorce from her husband (who is currently in prison for beating her), is pregnant. The father is the man she wants to marry once she gets the divorce, but the judge feels that the state should not allow a woman to bear an illegitimate child.
Un-fucking-believable.
