My heart feels heavy

No, seriously, it feels like there's a weight behind my sternum. I'd be concerned about heart disease if my heart rate, BP, cholesterol et al weren't OK at my last physical. And I feel tired, despite a two hour nap. Is this a warning sign of some sort? I'm soon to head off into William Styron land?

Might be a mild flu bug or something? My last bronchitis started like that. Get better, anyway. I hope it's just something pesky and physical.
