grinninfooleWell, I heard back from F, a lot of stuff I don't feel like posting. The salient points are that he doesn't want to see me but, to my great surprise, he forgives me for doing him wrong. ("I forgive you," he says.) I'm very grateful for that. Also, it seems that Sabbath has been systematically lying to him for some time.
I shall be sending him a reply, and that may well be the end of a long friendship. Sigh. The worst of it is, I brought this upon myself, and I really do feel ashamed. I hate that. Perhaps there is a streak of pride through me that I hadn't noticed before--perhaps this is why so many people have called me arrogant. (The puny mortals!)
